A special course available only on the 24th and 25th to brighten up Christmas Eve.Starting with beef consommé, we moved on to Mirai salmon confit, spiny lobster caplet, Wagyu Chateaubriand and foie gras Nishikyoyaki.This is a set of eight classic dishes, topped off with snow crab risotto and chocolate cake.We also offer pairing suggestions that are perfect for toasting.Enjoy a special time with your loved ones.

A cup that brings out the clear flavor to the fullest.It gently prepares the mouth and acts as a gateway to the upcoming course.
◆ Appetizer
・Mirai salmon confit with shiso leaf sauce
The smooth texture of the salmon cooked at low temperature is complemented by the refreshing taste of shiso leaves.Enjoy the lingering aroma.
◇ Salad
・Oeufmolle and mashed potatoes with yogurt dressing
This dish combines the rich flavor of eggs and the warmth of mashed potatoes with the light acidity of yogurt.
◆ Soup
・Sweet potato potage espuma
